A spanyolországi Tenefire egy sokak számára álomnyaralással kecsegtető festői hely. Így voltak ezzel Sofia, Roma, Nastia és Fedir, egy ukrán család, akik épp az utolsó napjukat töltik az idillben. Ekkor még nem sejtik, hogy az életük másnap egy csapásra megváltozik. Már összepakolva értesülnek arról a reptéren, hogy hazatartó járatukat törölték, ám ennek okára nem voltak felkészülve: kitört a háború Oroszországgal. Egyik pillanatról a másikra turistákból menekültekké válva a szigeten ragadnak és hirtelen az addig megismert helybéliek is teljesen másképp tekintenek rájuk. A mindennapos tűzijátékok hangjai már lövésekké válnak füleikben, s bár kötelességtudatuk eluralkodik, megküzdeniük félelmeikkel, érzelmeikkel, tehetetlenségükkel… és egymással kell.

The picturesque location of Tenerife in Spain offers a dream vacation for many. This was certainly the case for Sofia, Roma, Nastia, and Fedir, a Ukrainian family who were spending their last day in this idyllic place. At this point, they had no idea that their lives would change overnight. While packing, they learn at the airport that their return flight has been canceled, but the reason they’re given is something they were not prepared for: war has broken out with Russia. In the blink of an eye, they go from tourists to refugees, trapped on the island, and suddenly, the locals who had once welcomed them now look at them very differently. The daily sounds of fireworks turn into gunshots in their ears, and though their sense of duty takes over, they must struggle with their fears, emotions, helplessness... and with each other.
